Zirconia

R203 – Zirconia Alumina is best known for its green color.

A rugged synthetic abrasive that is best suited for stock removal applications. This heavy duty structure requires heavier pressure to break down the self-sharpening grains. It is ideal for heavy grinding on ferrous and non-ferrous metals and planning hard woods. Zirconia lasts up to 5 times longer than Aluminum Oxide on tough applications.

Available in grits 24 through 120. Use a 120 grit to remove any scratches from the previous layer and remove any remaining imperfections.
