Pickup is possible from our premises in Aldgate, SA. If you choose this option you will be provided with the address, contact details. Pick up is expected to occur within 5 business days unless organised prior to placing the order. Pickup is only available by appointment.
At Fire Pants Fabrication we use a combination of Australia Post, and various couriers to get your products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. To reduce our impact on the environment, and keep our costs low; Some of our packaging will be reused / recycled (but still very effective).
We offer a range of shipping options, with or without insurance. Our insurance is limited by our carrier, if this is important to you please contact us prior to ordering. If an shipment without insurance is lost or damaged, we will endevour to assist in loacting and, or repairing the products as far as practical however we cannot repalce or or repair at no cost. If the shipment is insured we can offer a replacment, repair, or refund. The desicion to replace, repair, or refund is soley at the discression of Fire Pants Fabrication.
Some of our packages are quite bulky and we cannot ship them all immediately due to pick up constraints, please be patient if you are expecting a larger item, and contact us if you have any queries on your order.
Please allow extra time for delivery around public holidays, and delivery to remote areas. To allow us to work effectively with our couriers, we will be shipping on Thursdays and Mondays, unless other arrangements are necessary. Please make sure you have orders in and paid before close of business before these days these days to make the run. Delivery will only be organised once payment has been received by us, accurate delivery details have been provided, and your delivery address is within Australia or New Zealand.
